Can I request a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion onboard?

Answer

Yes. Special occasions are commonly incorporated into yacht charters, subject to the yacht and crew's capabilities.

The crew may be able to arrange special meals, cakes, decorations, flowers, entertainment, excursions or other experiences.

Some arrangements may involve additional costs, particularly where external suppliers or specialist services are required.

Analysis

The earlier the crew knows about a special occasion, the more options they have. Remote destinations can require particularly careful planning because suppliers and specialist products may need to be arranged in advance.

Tell us the occasion when you book—even if you don't yet know what you want to do. We can discuss ideas with the crew and work out what is realistically possible.
