Are water toys included in the yacht charter?

Answer

Water toys carried by the yacht are generally part of the yacht’s equipment, but the cost and availability of their use can depend on the specific equipment, destination and applicable regulations.

Some powered water toys may require separate licensing, permits or local operating arrangements.

The yacht’s current water-toy inventory should be confirmed before booking if particular activities are important to you.

Analysis

The phrase “water toys included” does not necessarily mean that every toy can be used everywhere without restriction.

Jet skis and other powered equipment can be subject to local regulations and may require qualified operators.

Broker’s advice

If a particular toy is central to your holiday, don’t rely on a generic equipment list. We’ll confirm that the yacht actually carries it and whether it can be used in the intended cruising area.
