CharterWorld is a Corporate Member of MYBA – Worldwide Yachting Association. The association guides its members on the highest ethical and technical standards, ensuring Corporate and Individual Members meet the requirements of the Rules of Conduct. One of the objectives of MYBA is to “establish and maintain a high standard of professional ethics, professional rules and skills in charter, sales and yacht management”.

We are also proud to advise that Reia Stannard, Trina Howes and Amanda Brilliante are members of CYBA (Charter Yacht Brokers Association), while Martha Lukasik, in addition to being a member is also a Chairperson of the Contracts Committee.
CYBA strives to maintain high ethical standards in the crewed yacht charter industry and provides a liaison between brokers and industry related groups.
Brokers are eligible to join CYBA after attending a new broker's seminar and must receive sponsorship letters from two active CYBA members.
Members must then attend two recognized broker shows per year to maintain full membership.
