We are currently looking for an experienced consultants to join our team.  Applicants should possess high levels of enthusiasm, motivation and a drive to succeed.  They should be capable of managing themselves and their client base with a high degree of initiative, intelligence, consideration and care and they should be capable of presenting themselves and our company, in a highly professional manner.

Charter Marketing Brokers

We need highly experienced Senior Charter Marketing Brokers to join our team and Manage a fleet of Central Agency Yachts. You should possess a proven track record in the industry, have excellent contacts and be well respected by retail brokers, Owners and Captains alike. Innovative marketing skills and the drive and motivation to offer outstanding customer service to maximize the booking potential of our Fleet is essential, as are problem solving skills to ensure each charter runs smoothly. An unrivaled remuneration package is available for the right person. Positions available in Europe & the US.
 

Luxury Retail Charter Broker

A highly experienced Yacht Charter Broker is required to join our team specialising in the luxury charter market.  In addition to the above qualities, a good proven sales record is important however the ability to satisfy clients and encourage repeat business by providing exceptional service is equally so. This consultant should have established relationships with other Brokerage Houses, be familiar with Industry Charter Contracts and have excellent location and product knowledge, specifically in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.  An excellent unrivaled remuneration package is available for the right person.

Junior Retail Charter Broker

A Junior Retail Yacht Charter broker is required. You will have at least 2 years of experience selling crewed yacht charters or similar working as a Charter Assistant, have strong geographical knowledge of top cruising areas throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean and have travelled to many yourself, have first-hand knowledge of yachts under 80ft from previous sales experience and boat show attendance, be familiar with both the MYBA and CYBA Charter Agreements, have a desire to apply your experience and attention to detail to create outstanding holiday experiences and have a strong desire to grow and succeed whilst working to support and enhance our team.
