The maximum number of charter guests able to be accommodated on a private luxury superyacht is usually 12 guests, regardless of the yachts size. If you have more than 12 guests, we are also able to arrange tandem charters. Of course, there are also many smaller motor yachts and sailing yachts, ideal for smaller groups of 2-10 guests.

Your itinerary will be tailored to your wishes and is flexible, however does depend on weather and wind conditions. You have the option to discuss the itinerary with the Captain throughout your charter and can and make any desired adjustments, or if preferred you can let the captain lead you to the best spots using their knowledge of the local area and weather conditions while you relax and enjoy. We would recommend booking your charter at least six months in advance to ensure that you secure your preferred yacht, although some of the most sought after superyachts are often booked out one year in advance for certain weeks or events. It is also possible to make a last minute bookings however we do recommend booking earlier rather than later to avoid disappointment.

We will then provide you with a selection of the best yachts, most suited to your needs as well as yacht chartering advice and any current special deals. Once you have chosen the perfect yacht for your charter vacation, we would then place a hold on the yacht and prepare the charter contract detailing the yacht, the agreed dates, location, cruising area and cost. If all is in order, we will ask you to sign and return the Agreement, then we send it to the Owner for a counter-signature. Once all parties have signed the charter contract, 50% of the charter fee is required to confirm the booking. The final payment which is the remaining charter fee plus any VAT, delivery fees, APA (advance provisioning allowance) or any other agreed costs is usually due one month prior to the charter commencing. Along the way we will also ask you to fill in and return a preference sheet in as much detail as possible asking you to explain your preferred food and beverage requirements including any special requests, dietary requirements, allergies or medical conditions, along with your travel arrangements and your guest list.
