This depends on the yacht, destination and circumstances. In many cases, it is more practical to have food purchased and provisioned for the yacht rather than bringing products yourself.

Internationally transported food may also be subject to customs and import restrictions.

If you have a favourite product, specialist dietary requirement or particular food that is difficult to source locally, tell the broker and crew in advance.
