Wally Yachts
Wally Yachts is a relatively new marine company which was created in 1994 by Italian businessman Luca Bassani. The company has its headquarters in Fontvielle, Monaco.
Wally has created number of original minimalist sailing yacht designs, with help from German Frers design, with emphasis on extremely sleek styling, performance and atheistics. The sailing yachts are strong race performers and they are idea for charterers who enjoy speed when sailing and clean deck spaces for relaxing when moored.
Custom Sailing Yachts
Wally creates fully custom sailing yachts which at first were performance based and sleek and are now growing in length and size. The Wally 148 is the largest sailing Wally built so far, as the company continues to grow.
Wally 80
The Wally 80 sailing yacht features the hull design of Farr Yacht Design and the interiors styling of Wally and Lazzarini Pickering. The aim of this yacht is to offer a sticking performance cruising sailing yacht which because of a generous beamm also has large interior volumes. The Wally 80 comes in several different versions and it can be personalised with respect to the yacht’s underwater appendages, deck and interiors - offering up to 16 combinations. Wally Power
Wally has also more recently designed motor yachts and tenders. For instance the Wally Power 118 is an important example. The Wally 90, 70, 64, 47 and the Wally tender are further examples of their motor yachts. The 55m WallyPower yacht was designed by WallyDesign. It is a luxury yacht which has a full the displacement hull which echoes navy hydrodynamic technology.
