Oceanco designs and builds very large and luxurious super yachts. From Holland, this leading luxury yacht company is constantly committed to the search for avant-garde solutions in its production of large luxury super-yachts. The Oceanco shipyard is based in Allblasserdam, in The Netherlands, with its fine tradition of yacht building.  The sales, marketing and administration offices are in Monaco, the exclusive center of Mediterranean yachting. Oceanco Yachts is now owned by Mohammed Al Barwani, a private investor, who is based in the Sultanate of Oman. Mr. Barwani has interests in oil, gas, manufacturing, and minerals in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific through MB Holding Company LLC as well as investments in various other diversified assets.

Oceanco Yachts has a highly experienced team of naval architects and marine engineers who ensure that each and every yacht is efficiently built to world class standard. The design team is complimented by some of the finest craftsmen, joiners and decorators in Holland.

Oceanco boast their own in-house design team, but also collaborate with many of the world's most renowned yacht designers. These designers include some big names in yachting such as Nuvolari & Lenard, Sam Sorgiovanni, Andrew Winch, Alberto Pinto and Francois Zuretti.

Interestingly, every Oceanco yacht is unique and completely custom-built to the owner's own specific preferences, requirements and taste. The company employs the very highest standards of engineering, planning and craftsmanship - all undertaken the most modern of European facilities. Oceanco has delivered seventeen of the finest custom yachts, a handful of which are offered for select chartered below.

Over the last couple of years Oceanco has the distinction of launching four of the world's very finest yachts. These luxury yachts were built to the highest Lloyds and MCA standards. For instance, in 2002 and 2004 LADY LOLA (62.60m/205.40ft) and ALFA FOUR (60m/197ft) were both acknowledged as the creme de la creme of the yachting world.

Then again in 2005, Oceanco reaffirmed its growing reputation with the launch of DILBAR (66m/217ft) and the beautiful LADY CHRISTINA (62m/204ft). All four of these yachts boldly display an impressive, unique and distinctive Oceanco elegance.

The recent delivery of AMEVI (80m/262.50ft), with her powerful and functional lines, has very much impressed observers in the industry. She has raised the level of super yacht design and building quality. AMEVI cements a new era of resurgence for the Oceanco group. Many see her as the benchmark of what can be created, and the beginning of a turning point in the industry as a whole.

Y702 an 82m (269ft) Y702 luxury yacht designed by Nuvolari & Lenard has also been launched to much interest. 75.5m (248ft) yacht Y703, as designed by Sam Sorgiovanni, is another from the Oceanco stable. Y704 85m (278.85ft) is under construction with completion due by the end of 2008. Also, the keel of Y705 (85.5m/280.50ft) was laid on 21 February 2007 and engineering is well under way for several other private luxury yachts.
