Built-in 2000 by Oceanco, the 95m/312ft custom superyacht by Oceanco is a stately contemporary vessel offering a wealth of entertaining spaces carefully designed by The A Group who worked on her naval architecture and exteriors, and Mark Berryman, who completed her interior styling. As a PADI Certified Dive Centre and Approved Water Sports Centre, charter guests have the opportunity to take new skills away with them at the end of the holiday. She was last refitted in 2015 to update her on board facilities and furnishings, including her guest cabins, of which there are 17 for 12 guests to choose from.

NOTABLE FEATURES:  ~ Elton John's piano in the main salon ~ Beauty room  ~ Spa with steam room ~ Cinema ~ Conference room ~ Approved RYA Water Sports Centre ~ PADI Certified Dive Centre  ~ Excellent variety of water toys ~ amazing deck spaces ~ huge owner deck with private saloon, bar and relaxation area

Exterior

From the swim platform, two staircases lead up to the main deck aft where the large space is able to store two tenders plus an alfresco lounge. On the owner's deck, two aft-facing seating areas benefit from all-day exposure to the sunshine while under the bridge deck overhang there is a shaded alfresco dining table and a spacious outdoor lounge on either side for after-dinner drinks and conversation.
On the bridge deck, the helipad which used to occupy the space has been converted into a massive outdoor gathering spot perfect for parties: There is an extensive forward bar and a large deck area left clear for dancing. Along the sides, there are two sun-exposed sofas with coffee tables and along the aft two curving sofas each surround a coffee table while a sun umbrella keeps the sun off of revellers, and additional sunpad sofas fill the central aft space. Two tenders are discreetly stored on this deck and each has a davit crane for easy deployment and retrieval from the sea.

Above, the sundeck offers a quiet spot for rest and recuperation in the sunshine and the group has a choice of sun loungers or foredeck seating for alfresco dining with spectacular views.
Interior

The majority of the guest accommodation is concentrated on the lower deck, offering six twin cabins and a guest salon where the group can gather to start the day. The forward deck contains the crew accommodation and to the aft the engine room and the tender garage.
The main deck bow also accommodates guests over double and twin cabins with a guest lounge behind and a formal dining room to seat up to 12 guests for intimate dining. The main dining room can also be used to hold conferences and seats up to 24 guests over two long curved tables. The main foyer passes by the conference room and to the aft, there is a waiting room the links to an adjacent office and both make use of plush modern white furnishings against the beautifully striped wooden panelling.

The waiting room connects through to the expansive main salon, where the art deco influence reveals itself more strongly in the columns, light fittings and furniture that uses bold contrasts surrounded by muted tones: The 'entertainment area' is located on the starboard side and the high-quality sofas and armchairs are directed to the high-definition widescreen TV, whereas the port furnishings are laid out for group conversation.

Towards the stern of the 95m luxury charter yacht, guests will find the grand piano that belonged to Elton John and it is ideally positioned to entertain guests sampling the excellent choice of spirits at the adjacent bar.

The owner's deck can be used privately or shared with other guests and it would be feasible for close family members to use the two twin cabins and one double cabin while the rest of the accommodation is reserved for friends and extended family. The forward deck contains the exceptional full-beam Master suite filled with light from the band of windows running from the port side and front around to starboard. Two semi-circle sofas occupy this area for the perfect place to begin the day with coffee or end with a nightcap while admiring the view. On either wall, there is a door that leads out onto the Portuguese deck where guests can take in panoramic forward views from the outdoor settee. As well as a widescreen TV and two more alcove sofas that create a bay window-like effect, there is an en-suite bathroom and a voluminous walk-in wardrobe.

From the central lobby, guests can access the sauna, steam room and spa before settling into the cinema next door for the latest films in high definition. The sky lounge provides a less formal environment where guests can unwind and spend time on personal pursuits and catch up on news and events. The aft skylounge area has a dedicated bar where a reflective ceiling amplifies the light streaming in from the substantial windows. Doors seamlessly match the windows frames and allow guests a way outside or to bring a burst of fresh air to the interior.

"A shipyard sells a yacht and after the warranty period has concluded, often the client and yacht are forgotten. If you look at Oceanco, we see the client as a client for a lifetime. We take care of all of them, even if he has a 25 year old Oceanco." - Dr Mohammed Al Barwani, Oceanco Chairman, a world-class builder of custom superyachts in the 80–140 meters range: "We pride ourselves in integrating fine old world dutch craftmanship with sophisticated new world know-how and TOMORROW’S TECHNOLOGY. To our craftsmen, PERFECTION is a point of principle. We encourage a philosophy whereby each individual feels personally responsible for the quality of the entire yacht."
