Simply top-notch personalized service: From the very beginning of the process matching a boat and location with our party size and desires Trina Howes of Charterworld was outstanding. She had personal experience & was familiar with various yachts enabling our choices both in Turkey and Croatia. I have used her and CharterWorld for 4 separate charters all of which were 5 stars... The process is easy, seamless and each step of the process is easily understood. Trina is available by email and phone during the entire process of investigation, choice and final selection as well as payments and preferences. Highly recommended.

IT IS A BEAUTIFUL WORLD ON THE NAVILUX YACHT: Croatia Destination, Beautiful Pristine scenery. The local people, warm, kind and very proud of their history and Country. Food was fresh every day, delicious. The Navilux Yacht - it doesn't get any better. "Above and Beyond" my expectations. Crew: Captain Luka, this is where it starts: The Captain takes care of the crew, and the crew takes care of their guests. Captain Luka was "hands on" with his skill navigating the Yacht. He was in charge you could see and feel he knew his responsibilities. His daily updates were respected, and his sense of humor was enjoyable. Each day, he added a surprise to our morning chats. What we requested he made it happen. The way he handled the crew with respect and their response was the same. We felt like, they were our family. Chef: Dominik was so excited to share his knowledge and the new dish he decided to treat us to each day. Never were we disappointed. His smile was contagious and the food was delicious. Mila, delightful, energetic, always smiling. We discovered that she used to be a Tour Guide and she shared her knowledge about the islands we were visiting. Mila added her personal touch to her job. Jaksa. Delightful to wake up and see his presence. Never a table setting out of place. Food kept coming and he found the perfect place on the table. A wonderful person to chat with. His knowledge and personal experience made us feel special. Frencis, worked behind the scenes. Our cabins were spotless when we returned. Always smiling and unconditionally wanted to help in any way she could. Ivan, Luca & Jure, deckhands. Everyday they set up our toys (jet skis, floating marina, paddle boards, kayaks, Lifejackets) ready for the guests. Smiling going about their schedule When we wanted to go ashore, they were hands on with the Tender Boat. The crew and guests were one big happy family for the eight days we were on the NAVILUX YACHT. Reia Stannard, handling our yacht reservations, private car transfers, hotels and suggestions for dining pre & post cruise. Her experience in this niche business exceeded her responsibilities. Reia's daily communications with us set the tone of making sure we would have an enjoyable experience. Thank you. It wasn't a job for the Captain & Crew it was their "Passion" love of the water and their work. We were made to feel part of their daily lives for a short time, we were family. .... this is the memory. Would I cruise on NAVILUX again - In a heartbeat! C

Reia, the trip was awesome, and the crew was the best we have ever had for sure. Super clean and tidy boat all the time, very very stable, so very little rocking. All male crew (most have been together for a long time), Okan the butler is basically the treasure of it all. He has been with the company since he was 14 years old, and his wife works for the company. He is the only one that speaks fluent English and was absolutely fabulous. There are tons of Gulets so getting the right one was so important. The Chef was literally 5 star—he has been there since 2010. The best food we have ever had truly unreal. Presentation amazing… all super fresh. They had all the drinks and wines we requested on pref sheet. They physically lugged my Dad all over the boat and never once complained and never ever hesitated to help. Water sports guys were awesome. Snorkeling gear for adults and kids was in perfect shape (my son got a sinus infection so could not dive but they had a private tour arranged). They have tubes and a big water sofa, two tenders, a jet ski, kayaks and paddleboards. They readily take stuff on and off the boat whenever you want them to and all the way until 7-7:30 we would be in the water. Laundry was helpful. They do three main itineraries. The one we did is really about enjoying the water and cruising. There is one place to see, but it is not probably like Greece or Croatia where people are getting off and sightseeing. They do one itinerary which is two or three nearby Greek islands which do have sightseeing, but they told me it ups the price of the charter a lot. They also do one way down on the Lycean coast. I would love to go back. They have no white space in their calendar. When we left they picked up an American woman from NYC who has rented for two weeks for 5 years. They are 90% repeat guests, and they told me we were 1 of 4 new charters this week. There is a British couple who has reserved their time in September for the next three years. They already have 8 weeks of the summer booked next year. So I gather this is a popular crew and chef. For my taste July and August would be WAY too hot. They said September everyone loves but they charter all through October. Let me know if any other info would be helpful. I guess one final thought is if you had two families the way the boat is split is ideal. Three rooms in the bow with a master and three rooms in the stern with a master so very separated. Okay thanks again.

It was a fantastic trip. Thanks for all your help in organizing. The boat and the crew are the best. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about a charter. An experience we will no doubt repeat again at some point!!

Reia, my clients had only great things to say about the charter. They really loved every minute and said the crew were the best they had ever had. From all the work ahead of time to get alcohol and the limitations on procuring that, and the time you took communicating to all of us, the clients felt extremely taken care of and raved about the experience. One of the principal's guests contacted me 12 hours after boarding and said that he wanted to do this again with his family. Gulet CANER IV, Bodrum Turkish coast, May 2021.

Hi Josh, It would be an understatement to say the cruise was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better time in every respect. Everything from the collection point at the airport at Bodrum to our departure at Fethiye was perfect and exceptionally well organised. Gamze's initial briefing was great and we instantly knew the crew would be more than what we could have expected. They couldn't have done more to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. Each of them were the nicest, kindest people. We really enjoyed their company. We loved the boat in terms of comfort and facilities. The chef, Shien, treated us to some of the best food we have tasted. The selection, presentation, variety and quality of the food was superb. The captain was extremely informative and really took us to the most beautiful places every day. We are already looking forward to planning our next cruise holiday. Many thanks again Josh. Best regards, P
