The finalists have been announced for each of the categories for the ISS Awards, celebrating exceptional quality from motor yachts and sailing yachts from shipbuilders across the globe. Power (24m-40m)

38.6m/127ft superyacht JETSETTER wowed at her debut with strong, masculine lines and an on-trend plumb bow, placing the Jacuzzi on the Portuguese deck for sweeping forward views.

Aptly named 30m/98ft M/Y BIJOUX, named after one of the islands of the Caribbean, was the first hull built in Moonen‘s new Caribbean line with emphasis placed upon low and efficient fuel consumption, low noise and vibration and quality design and engineering.





Power (40m-65m)

Damen’s 55m/181ft support vessel AXIS has a unique appearance out of the category nominees while providing plenty of deck space for large water toys and a helipad. Capable of a top speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots, she is a high-quality design for adventure and outdoor entertainment.

Superyacht RAZAN recently made the news when she found a new owner after attending the Cannes Yachting Festival and the Monaco Yacht Show. Her elegant white interiors, spacious beach club, and relaxation facilities will ensure that she sees plenty of use by her new owner among the world’s most popular charter grounds.

At 156m/512ft, mega yacht DILBAR is one of the most recognized superyachts to sail the Mediterranean. M/Y DILBAR can expect difficult competition from 74m/243ft luxury yacht CLOUD 9, who captured the media’s attention since her launch earlier in 2017 due to her facilities-packed decks which feature a Teppanyaki bar, an indoor/outdoor cinema, and a swimming pool as well as exceptional contemporary interiors from renowned British designer Winch Design.

Sail (24m-40m)

At 39.6m/130ft, MY SONG from Baltic Yachts is the largest yacht on the list, while 27.5m/90ft ACADIA from Claasen Jachtbouw is the shortest. Sailing yacht SORCERESS from Southern Wind was launched earlier in October, just squeezing into the 24m-40m category for 2017.

Both highly anticipated superyachts from two of the world’s most renowned sailing yacht builders, SVEA and SYBARIS represent Vitters and Perini Navi respectively with high-quality engineering, performance, and living spaces.

At 90m/295ft, superyacht NERO is the largest of these superyachts to receive a refit: Built to a classic design from J. Pierpont Morgan and is an exceptional quality superyacht that uses beech and pale oak interiors to add a modern twist to the opulent traditional design. Notable competitors include SPIRIT OF THE C’s, which is one of the world’s largest aluminium sailing yachts at 64m/209ft.
