KAPTAN KADIR YACHT REVIEW
The Turkey charter grounds have plenty of gulets to choose from, but the 39m/127ft luxury gulet KAPTAN KADIR sets the standard for family fun and adventure in style, sailing through the Eastern Mediterranean. The on deck Jacuzzi is just one outstanding feature that guests will covet, and the interiors update classic style with plenty of contemporary comforts.
The interiors
The main salon offers a beautiful and practical environment suited to laid-back cruises with that touch of understated elegance for special occasions. Thoroughly modern, there is a widescreen TV with a large collection of films to entertain during a journey, and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are integrated into the surroundings. Corner sofas are placed on both the port and starboard sides, with one accompanied by an elevated table and movable chairs for delectable meals together in an air-conditioned environment.
The exteriors
39m/127ft is designed for life outdoors in comfort, and guests on board have at their disposal a foredeck fitted with a large circular Jacuzzi and a bow fitted with sunbeds, a curving sofa and drinks table to watch the sunset over cocktails. Sunbeds cover the coachroof of the main salon, and there is a desirable dining area beside the alfresco bar for 12 guests to savour lunch in the sunshine or by candlelight under a canopy of stars. The aft area is covered by a bimini roof for a sheltered space to spend all day outdoors with more sunbeds covering the stern. The three different sunbathing areas let guests split off so that different generations can enjoy time to themselves.
The water toys
Guests can fill the hours sunbathing and playing on the gorgeous golden sand beaches of the Turkish Riviera and choose between adrenaline-fuelled fun with the water skis and ringo, or take time swimming with rays, octopi and enchanting fish species of all stripes and colours. The snorkelling gear grants a view into the underwater world, and the group can try their hands at catching lunch or dinner with the fishing gear. The kayak is ideal for a quick paddle across the cove and back, getting close to wrecks or reefs without setting a foot into the sea.
The accommodation
There is overnight accommodation for up to 12 guests across 6 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 4 double cabins and 1 twin cabin.
The cabins have the same beautiful decor as the salon above, contrasting the rich wooden panelling with cream-coloured fabrics. These timeless surroundings feel like a haven of comfort and privacy, and come with air conditioning and an abundance of lighting, plus an en-suite bathroom finished to the same high standards as the other guest areas on board.
Luxury gulet KAPTAN KADIR is a marvellous vessel for relaxing in the Eastern Mediterranean charter grounds and taking life at pace with nature without foregoing all of the modern conveniences and entertainments.
