The Amels 199 charter yacht EVENT has been announced as the overall winner of the World Superyacht Award 2014 in the ‘Displacement Motor Yacht 500GT to 1,299GT’ category. The radically modern design by Tim Heywood as well as outstanding build quality of EVENT yacht convinced the jury at a very exciting awards evening in the Scheepsvaartmuseum in Amsterdam on Saturday, May 3, 2014.
