Mehmet Karabeyoglu of the Turkish based Proteksan Turquoise Shipyard has joined with Stuart Larsen of Fraser Yachts and Tim Wiltshire of Burgess to commission Andrew Winch Designs to develop a new flexible 74-meter motor yacht design based on the Proteksan Turquoise 70+m platform.
