Founder and Director  Alison Rentoul has always been passionate about communication and professional development, and as a leader has very much enjoyed inspiring and developing people in her teams to perform at their very best.

With extensive experience as a superyacht stewardess and chef, and having cruised throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean, Alison has first-hand knowledge of the demands and dynamics of many different types and sizes of yachts. Combined with her shore-based business development and marketing experience within the yachting sector, Alison’s background makes her uniquely placed to understand where crew are coming from and where they want to go; as well as what yacht owners and managers really want from their crew.
