The Overmarine Group, an Italian Shipyard founded in 1985 and still owned and managed by the Balducci Family, will be present at this year’s 2012 Miami International Boat Show and will exhibit the Mangusta 130 motor yacht Misunderstood and a Mangusta 92. Since the last American Show – the Fort Lauderdale in October 2011, the Overmarine Group has appointed two more dealers: for the Balearic islands in Spain and for India. The expansion of the Group is travelling towards East but still participating directly to the main American Shows of Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and Miami.

Maurizio Balducci, Overmarine Group CEO says: “We are truly happy of our co-operation with Marine Max and want to be present and support them directly at the two main US shows. The American market is far too important”.

Overmarine Group is participating at the Miami International Boat Show 2012 presenting the Mangusta 92 and the Mangusta 130 Misunderstood.

MANGUSTA 130 motor yacht Misunderstood

The Mangusta 130 Misunderstood yacht combines style, elegance and high performance. This formidable motor yacht, contemporary in style, does not deny the tradition of Mangusta that has no rivals.

When the twin MTU16V4000 M93L 4610 HP are fired up and bring the yacht to a full speed of 38 knots, the peaceful and relaxing feeling remains, as there is no noise or vibration.

A particular attention was given to the combination of materials and colors used.

Indeed, the materials chosen for the motor yacht Misunderstood are bleached oak for the walls and wengé for the furniture merging to create a design that is always trendy. The finishing with the shiny chrome, emperador marble and leather used from cream to dark brown color, tastefully complement the interior design. The wengé parquet flooring throughout the Misunderstood yacht, the marble floors in the bathrooms and the shower walls with custom Bisazza mosaics make this yacht a masterpiece.

The formidable spaciousness of the Mangusta 130 Misunderstood motor yacht results from an extended architectural study of the volumes offered by the boat; indeed, it has 4 spacious cabins and a gym equipped with the newest machines.

In the Master Cabin, located at the stern, you get the impression that you could touch the water through the portholes which keep you in contact with the sea. High impact gives the owner’s bathroom, where the shower is located in the center of the yacht, with two entrances and glass walls that offers a comprehensive visual depth from the left to the right of the yacht, creating a unique perspective.

The guest cabins on M/Y Misunderstood are on port and starboard of the yacht, very large, both equipped with desk/vanity. Another spacious Vip Stateroom allows friends and/or family to comfortably be onboard. Each stateroom has its own large bathroom, as well as entertainment systems.

The main deck has a spacious salon. This generous room is divided by the arrangement of the sofas into 2 separate areas, keeping the space open and harmonious. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen, and a bar. Moving forward, the helm station reveals world-class technology with Roll-Royce Kamewa and MTU commands; high-tech navigation aids and the Vessel’s monitoring system.

This Mangusta 130 Misunderstood is characterized by large outdoor living spaces that defy the usual design of an Open Yacht: both bow and stern have dining and sunbathing areas. Therefore, even in a marina, the Owner can enjoy the simple pleasures of a meal or the sun in complete privacy.

The aft deck is extremely flexible in its use. Complete with external cockpit at the aft with a sunbed that is convertible into a whirlpool, dining area/ living room and large TV that can be hidden as well.

The tender and jet skis are not visible thanks to the side compartments.

Once you close the gangway, you are invaded with the feeling of liberty and pleasure.

The Mangusta 130 Charter yacht Ability (ex Solomia), motor yacht AFRICAN CAT, yacht MAO, M/Y VOYAGE, motor yacht CELCASCOR and yacht VENI VIDI VICI are all examples of Mangusta 130 motor yachts currenlty in charter.
