In preparation for the 2014 Taiwan International Boat Show, set to take place at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center from May 8th-11th 2014, Kaohsiung City as well as the Bureau of Foreign Trade Association have recently played a host to an international press conference on the Horizon EP148 expedition yacht Horizon Polaris. As the leader of Taiwan’s yachting industry, Horizon Group was proud to host the press conference aboard Polaris yacht, which presently boasts status as the largest private luxury yacht in Asia.

During the press conference, Horizon’s General Managers toured guests through the EP148 and explained her significance as Horizon’s flagship; the media and VIPs – including Kaohsiung’s Deputy Mayor, the chief of the Bureau of Foreign Trade, and the executive secretary of Taiwan External Trade Development Council – were also treated to a cruise on Polaris from Horizon’s Premier shipyard to the Kaohsiung Exhibition center. This unique press conference experience has aided Kaohsiung in drawing attention to and promoting the 2014 Taiwan International Boat Show, where Horizon will showcase more than 3 luxury yachts.
