Cantiere delle Marche (CdM) is expected to premiere three recently delivered explorer superyachts at the next week’s Cannes Yachting Festival: the Darwin Class 86’ motor yacht STELLA DEL NORD, the shipyard’s flagship Darwin Class 107’ yacht, as well as the Nauta Air 90 superyacht NOGA. Designed by Mario Pedol and Massimo Gino of Nauta Yachts, the latter yacht represents the combination of a super-yacht style with a light and contemporary aesthetic language, as well as the solid substance of an Explorer Yacht.

The brand new Nauta Air 90’ motor yacht NOGA represents a new concept of life on board, where indoor and outdoor spaces are a continuum. In fact, in designing the vessel, the designer’s top priority was to bring the outdoors “in” by using large glass surfaces and creating spaces where interiors are in harmonious contact with the exterior.

Interior layout of luxury yacht NOGA features a main saloon with large glass doors that face aft to emphasize the seamless continuity between interior and exterior spaces, namely the saloon and the cockpit. The cockpit prolongs this flow with easy and direct access to a generous beach platform aft.

The vast sun deck of NOGA yacht hosts a large sunbathing area aft, as well as two large living areas (dining and lounging), and a fully equipped bar, in the central and fore part of the deck. The lower deck offers a full-beam owner’s cabin midships, two twin cabins, and a double VIP cabin fore. Crew quarters can be found aft and are fully independent with separate access routes for autonomy and privacy even on a relatively compact motor yacht.

The beautiful interiors of superyacht NOGA boast the Canaletto walnut used for furniture and the beige highlights used on the walls from waist height up. The walnut furniture sets off the light tonalities of the carpeting and wall panels and is a great choice that creates the correct contrast of light to dark. The vessel also boasts the best lighting solutions, ensuring a warm and inviting ambience.

DARWIN CLASS 107’

Launched in July 2015 and handed over to her new Owner only three weeks later, the all-new explorer yacht Darwin Class 107’ represents the first project of Cantiere delle Marche over 100 feet in length. She features many customisations required by her expert owner, who will spend more than 120 days a year on board with his family. Great attention has been paid to the crew quarters that are furnished with style and elegance, offering comfortable accommodation in four crew cabins. For the VIP areas, the studio PFA Design chose refined combinations: the walnut wood and the panelled walls, with either fabric or leather covers.

The main deck of luxury yacht Darwin Class 107’ hosts an amazingly large living room, which connects to the dining area with the galley. The upper deck features a lovely sky lounge, designed primarily for entertainment and equipped with a large “L” shaped sofa and handmade chairs. One the many notable features aboard this striking explorer represents a radio room adjacent to the bridge.

Launched in June 2015, the all-new Darwin Class 86’ motor yacht STELLA DEL NORD is the first model of the so called “Darwin 2.0” series. In fact, she features wider windows in the saloons of the main deck and the upper deck, lowered bulwarks to admire the best views from indoors too, as well as different bow window design. The vessel’s style is light and contemporary, with elegant lines and soft, modern shapes.

Designed by Studio PFA Design, the interiors of STELLA DEL NORD yacht develop around the theme of lightness and light, which are achieved through simple combinations. A palette of luxury and carefully selected materials has been chosen, including the natural elm, the open-pore white lacquered wood, travertine, as well as warm natural fabrics.

Below deck, there are a master cabin aft and a VIP cabin in the bow, both full beam. The owner’s family required particular attention to the study of outdoor spaces, especially the area of the sun deck, fitted with barbecue and bar area, a dining area with a large sofa and chairs, to host in its 40 m2 a large number of guests.
