It started in 1970 and is now the focal point for comic book conventions with crowds of over 130,000 attending. This fascinating event includes an extensive workshop, screening and educational programmes, a huge exhibit hall as well as the Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards. There’s also an art show, a fabulous masquerade costume competition and an autograph area.
