Built by Rosetti Superyachts based in Ravenna, Italy, the ROSETTI 38M expedition yacht is constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Her naval architecture and exterior styling is the work of Hydro Tec, with the interior styling to be customised by the Owner's choice of a design studio. The launch and delivery are planned for 2021.

Current concept images show a raked bow, an extended foredeck with a bridge deck overhang and interiors located amidships. The aft areas provide large social spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows in the hull allow the lower deck to receive as much light as the main deck and above.
