Boat International Media is proud to announce the Finalists for the 10th annual World Superyacht Awards. The awards ceremony will be held in Amsterdam on Saturday, May 9, 2015.
Over the next few months, the World Superyacht Awards Jury – comprised of eighteen superyacht owners and two senior industry professionals – will travel the globe making personal visits to each of the shortlisted yachts. Their first-hand testimonies, coupled with detailed information provided by the yachts’ owners, builders and designers, will help them decide the winners of the most coveted awards in yachting.
The 2015 Judges Meeting will be held from 26-28 March in the picturesque city of Trieste, Italy, generously hosted by the Trieste Chamber of Commerce. The results of their deliberations will remain strictly secret until the highly anticipated gala evening and prize giving at Amsterdam’s iconic Westergasfabriek, attended by an international audience of yacht owners and the most influential players in the superyacht industry.
Guests attending the World Superyacht Awards are encouraged to extend their stay in Amsterdam and enjoy a full weekend programme of social events including a Finalists Celebration Party at the beautiful West-Indisch Huis, held in honour of the owners, builders and designers responsible for the shortlisted yachts.
The striking new venue for the gala evening in the trendy Westerpark district of Amsterdam will provide the perfect setting for a very special 10th anniversary event. A gourmet dinner will be followed by the anticipated Awards Ceremony hosted by international broadcaster Natasha Kaplinsky. Live music, entertainment and an exclusive after party will make for an unforgettable evening for all in attendance.
