Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. received recognition for its shipboard “Building On Talent” leadership development program during this year’s Seatrade Awards Ceremonial Dinner. American Cruise Lines announced the name of its brand new 140 passenger Mississippi sternwheeler – Queen of the Mississippi – currently under construction and two months ahead of schedule at Chesapeake Shipbuilding Corp. in Salisbury, MD. Celebrity Silhouette Cruise ship will set sail in July of this year. The Celebrity Silhouette Cruise ship will be identical in size (122,000 tons) to the three previous ships in the Solstice Class, the Celebrity Solstice (2008), Celebrity Equinox (2009), and Celebrity Eclipse (2010).
