Vicem Yachts, based in Istanbul Turkey will debut their new 78-foot cruiser at the 2010 yacht shows in Europe, including the Cannes and Monaco Yacht shows.

The 2010 78ft Cruiser is the latest in Vicem’s notable series of classic, flybridge and cruiser motor yachts ranging from 50-100 feet. This classic 78 Cruiser is refined and sophisticated with a contemporary interior thanks to Vicem’s 14-person in house design team.

Vicem challenged their award-winning designers to bring the 92’s ample accommodation layout to a smaller yacht, without sacrificing either form or function. The mid-ship full beam master cabin, a VIP cabin, 2 guest cabins, the expansive salon, a separate dining area, crew quarters and fly bridge area – everything that can be found on the 92 can now be enjoyed on the 78 Cruiser as well. The 78 Cruiser can comfortably accommodate 12 guests and 3 crew.

The yachts interior features neutral and earth tones along with an abundant use of satin-finish mahogany wood and leather detailing.  The yacht has large windows that allow natural light to stream into social areas.

The 78 Cruisiser also features an updated exterior, which projects clean lines that were  well received with the introduction of the Vicem 54 IPS model earlier this year.

The Vicem 78 Cruiser motor yacht is powered by twin MAN V8 900hp Common Rail engines enabling a cruising speed of 16 knots and a maximum speed of 21 knots.
