Oracle Racing Coutts will compete with a changed crew at America’s Cup World Series 2011, held in heart of San Diego Bay between Broadway Pier and Harbor Island.

Darren Bundock will take the helm at the third ACWS event whilst fellow Australian Olympic sailor Tom Slingsby also comes aboard for the first time. Russell Coutts, Oracle Racing’s CEO, will attend the San Diego event but won’t be racing.

Bundock is a two time Olympic silver medalist in the Olympic Tornado catamaran class; Slingsby is the current World No.1-ranked competitor in the Olympic singlehanded Laser class.

Oracle Racing’s second crew headed by James Spithill will compete in San Diego with a crew unchanged from August’s ACWS-Cascais (Portugal) and last month’s ACWS-Plymouth (UK).
