Pacific Asian Enterprises, Inc., manufacturer of the Nordhavn brand, is excited to announce that the beautiful Nordhavn 120#1 motor yacht Aurora has been shortlisted for a third prominent design award this year. Superyacht Aurora will compete against other new yachts in her class at the 2014 International Superyacht Society Design Awards.

Nordhavn’s Chief of Design, Jeff Leishman, N.A., along with Interior Designer Destry Darr, will compete in categories recognizing achievement in superyacht engineering and style. Luxury yacht Aurora‘s bid in the ISS Awards of Distinction follows up her shortlisted nominations at the World Superyacht Awards and the International Yacht and Aviation awards earlier this year.

Winners will be announced at the ISS’s International Awards for Design and Leadership Gala which kicks off the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in October. “We are once again thrilled to be considered for excellence in the design and engineering of our beautiful Nordhavn 120, Aurora,” said Jeff Leishman. “Not only did she exceed our expectations, but she has exceeded the expectations of her owners as well.
