The hull and superstructure of the Mulder 34m superyacht BN 100 were successfully joined together at the facility of Mulder Shipyard in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk, the Netherlands, on July 24, 2014. Once completed, the 34m motor yacht BN 100 will represent the largest yacht ever built by Mulder Shipyard, and also their first yacht over 300 GT. The construction progress of BN100 is on schedule, and she is expected to be handed over to her owner in the Summer of 2015.

The hull and superstructure of the Mulder 34m luxury yacht BN100 are both built in the Netherlands and were shipped to the Mulder Shipyard in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk last week.  After the engines and generators were placed in the hull, the hull and superstructure were joined together and BN 100 was placed in the 58 metre long dry dock. The marriage was celebrated with a barbeque for all Mulder employees. This week there has been started with the piping and technical installations. A part of the  interior is already prefabricated at the in-house interior department of Mulder Shipyard.

British design agency Claydon Reeves is responsible for both interior and exterior design of the 34 metre custom built, steel displacement yacht and the naval architecture is the work of the Dutch Van Oossanen Naval Architects. Obviously the Mulder 34-metre yacht BN 100 will be built to superyacht standards. The Mulder has a GT from 315 tons and will be built under RINA LY3, MCA classification and Unlimited Range. She will enjoy many features that are usually only associated with far larger yachts, in both operations and design, and will surpass the highest expectations.

The Mulder 34m motoryacht BN100 has a contemporary style with classic details. The plumb bow runs aft with a gently stepped shear.  The aluminium superstructure blends subtle lines with flush glass, rising gently towards the stern.  The 34 metres long and 8 metres wide yacht accommodates eight guests in two VIP staterooms and a further two double cabins that can convert to twins – all with en-suite facilities.  The VIPs offer two distinct environments, one being full beam on the lower deck with large portholes and an outlook close to the water’s surface. The other VIP cabin forward on the main deck features a large window directly above the bed to give you a wonderful view of the stars at night. The yacht can accommodate up to seven crew members.

The interior of Mulder 34m yacht BN100 welcomes you on the main deck aft with the main saloon enclosed by full height opening glass panels so you never feel completely separated from the water. On both sides of the dining room there is full height glass to maximize natural light in this area. In order to add a further 50% of external space to the dining room, the glass windows on the starboard side can open leading to a balcony folding down from the bulwark. This ensures a spectacular view during dining.
