Representing ‘Best of British’, Heirlooms were amongst a choice of the very best British manufacturers to participate in last weekend’s Coronation Festival in the grounds of Buckingham Palace, celebrating 60th anniversary of excellence since Her Majesty the Queen’s coronation in 1953.

In glorious summer sunshine, the Queen and the Prince of Wales along with other family members toured the gardens speaking with the participants and offering their support for their products and services.

Heirlooms were privileged to receive His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales on their stand who congratulated them on being granted the Prince of Wales warrant in January last year. The Prince was very charming and discussed their involvement in the interior design and Superyacht industry and their growing reputation as a specialist luxury brand. Joined by Elizabeth Murray, Heirlooms founder, there was even a fit of the giggles when discussing one’s own bed linens!

The Queen tours the festival

As part of their showcase, Heirlooms previewed a selection of their very latest designs ahead of the formal launch at the Monaco Yacht Show in September. The response to the new designs from many of the visitors was extremely enthusiastic and they look forward to presenting the linens formally at Monaco in September.
