Heesen’s M/Y Project Alida renamed Laurentia and undergoing sea trials

Heesen superyacht LAURENTIA (ex.PROJECT ALIDA) was spotted yesterday heading off on more sea trials before she is delivered to her new owner, who bought her at the Palm Beach International Boat Show in March this year.

Launched in secret in July, the 55m/180ft superyacht has been spotted around Hellevoetsluis and is capable of a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.

Van Oossanen completed her hull design, while Omega Architects styled her exterior. Designers RADYCA from Miami created her interior living spaces, including the guest accommodation of 6 cabins to sleep up to 12 guests: 1 Master suite, 1 VIP stateroom, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins.
