Superyacht THUNDERBIRD project features a steel hull and aluminium superstructure.

The 122m THUNDERBIRD yacht design will be able to comfortably accommodate owners and 20 guests as well as 40 crew members.

The Strand Craft 122-metre luxury yacht THUNDERBIRD offers an innovative design, with environmentally smart engineering and the very latest advanced technologies including an diesel electric propulsion system powering 3 pod drives for a maximum speed of 20 knots.

In Strand Craft tradition even the THUNDERBIRD superyacht has a huge tender and toy storage in the aft Beach Club area. Sportcar, SUV & motorcycles for land going activities and Rib boat, a custom build wooden limousine, waterski boat, jet skis, diving equipment for the water activities.

For aviation flexibility the THUNDERBIRD yacht has 2 separate helicopter decks. The primary heli deck are located on the aft part of the flybridge deck. The second helicopter landing area is located at the forward part of the fore deck. It has an air conditioned telescoping helicopter hangar.
