Suzy-Q is an Afri-Cat 420, luxury power catamaran built in Durban, South Africa. Launched in October 2008 she is the newest of the fleet and custom built for island cruising and scuba diving. She is powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS 600 turbo diesel engines and cruises comfortably at 18 knots. Permanently based in Mahe, Seychelles, Suzy-Q is your answer to relaxed, luxury cruising around the Seychelles Archipelago.

Suzy-Q offers her guests luxury shared accommodation in three air conditioned double cabins, one being a master suite including spacious bathroom facilities. The plush saloon is air conditioned and finished in soft leather and hardwoods and includes a 42” plasma screen TV with full surround sound digital entertainment system and data link to view the day’s captured memories!

Charter Amenities and Extras

Suzy-Q is built for fun and comfort; the following equipment will keep you entertained until way after the tropical light has faded! Fully equipped for scuba diving including all dive gear, dive compressor and emergency oxygen, deep sea and light tackle fishing equipment, 2 X sea kayaks, snorkeling equipment, wake board and water skis (please request). Dive courses are also offered by prior arrangement. Suzy-Q is fully equipped to make your island cruising adventure safe and enjoyable. Classified as a Class-A ocean going vessel she exceeds all local and international safety requirements. Safety and communication equipment include: 3.9m Semi-Rigid + 30 hp Yamaha outboard, 6 person life raft, 3 X VHF radios, Iridium satellite communications, 3D radar, GPS/Chart plotter, 2 X handheld GPS, echo-sounder, remote satellite tracking.
