At 174 ft, Noble House was built by Sensation Yachts and is one of the largest motor yachts constructed in New Zealand. The hull is manufactured from steel with an aluminum superstructure, adding stability and strength to the yacht, as well as reducing overall weight.

The interior of Noble House has been designed with a subtle, understated theme. She features a combination of the Timbers Anagre and Sappelle, which complements the craft aesthetically and allows a feeling of freedom and tranquility for those on board. Natural light follows a spiral staircase from the flying bridge to the lower deck, a unique feature, adding a spatial ambiance to the surrounding areas. The refined sophistication of the design and the superior level of craftsmanship make this vessel a supreme accomplishment.

Luxury yacht Noble House provides modern and stylish luxury accommodation for 12 guests in 6 beautifully appointed cabins – each with its own en suite bathroom. Crew accommodation is separate. Master: Main deck forward with king berth, marble en suite bath room and separate office/study. Guest stateroom: Below deck forward, queen berth with en suite bathroom with tub. Guest stateroom: Below deck forward, twin berths with en suite bathroom and shower; one additional Pullman. Guest stateroom: Below deck aft with twin berths and en suite bathroom with tub; convertible to a queen. Guest stateroom: Below deck aft queen berth with en suite bathroom with tub. Guest stateroom: Below deck forward queen berth with en suite bathroom with tub.
