ALASKAN STORY

ALASKAN STORY was built by Westport in 1981 and refitted in 2005. She is a seagoing vessel with all the comforts of home measuring 28 meters (92ft). The yacht specializes in Alaskan sightseeing and fishing trips with over 20 years’ experience and is one of the few yachts allowed to charter in Glacier Bay. She can accommodate up to 9 guests in 4 cabins.

ALASKAN STORY has a contemporary décor, the salon features a large leather sofa and recliner, warm woods and a neutral carpet give the space a minimalistic feel, while large panoramic windows provide ample natural light creating an airy atmosphere.

Separate and aft of the salon, the formal dining area with mini bar is full beam of the yacht offering prime views whilst dining. A door leads out onto the aft deck with 3 outrigger fishing chairs, a lower aft deck and extended platform allow for perfect fishing and water toys access.

Forward of the salon is the beautifully finished galley with dark marble countertops and stainless steel appliances.

ALASKAN STORY boasts 2 large pilot houses with raised seating and coffee tables to ensure guests benefit from the best Alaskan sightseeing and a forward TV room for a relaxing retreat.

She has a 6.4 meter (21ft) beam and a 1.6 meter (5.5ft) draft, the yacht cruises at 10 knots with maximum speeds of 14 knots.
