As part of their strategic expansion, the prominent Finnish luxury yacht manufacturer Nautor’s Swan is delighted to announce that they have further reinforced their commercial team. The goal is to get closer to customers, putting them at the heart of the business, in order to ensure a more intense collaboration as well as harmonization of its global network.
Extended Global Network announced by Nautor’s Swan
A recognized leader in the yachting industry, Nautor’s Swan has recently put in place a team of experienced Regional Directors in Europe and North America, as well as a comprehensive Customer Care programme to provide 360 degree support to Swan owners around the world.
This new structure not only streamlines communications with the yard, but also creates an important harmony between the various business units and agents. It is also an important step in the evolution of the Nautor’s Swan Customer Care programme to ensure optimum quality in every area.
Commercial Director Luca Lucheschi oversees this network and will be based in New York, with the responsibility for the important markets of North and South America.
Kjell Vesto has recently been appointed Regional Director for the Mediterranean area. In addition to managing the Swan client network in the Mediterranean, Vesto will be opening the company’s new base in Palma within the STP yard. This new office for Nautor’s Swan is focused on providing valuable sales and Customer Care support to the many Swan owners in Mallorca and around the Mediterranean. With decades of experience working with Nautor’s Swan, most recently as Operations Director, as well as with other leading yards, Vesto’s unparalleled experience and yacht knowledge, is ideally placed to assist clients to find the best solution to their Swan needs.
The region of Northern Europe and Russia is led by Barry Ashmore who was appointed Regional Director in August 2014.Based just outside of London, Ashmore has brought a wealth of experience in sailing yachts to Nautor’s Swan and is committed to further developing these important markets for the company.
Meanwhile, Lorenzo Bortolotti, who has served as Nautor’s Swan agent for Italy and Monaco, has been appointed Senior Sales Advisor worldwide and is the brand ambassador for Asia.
