May 25, 2017

Written by Maria Korotaeva

The incredible 33m motor yacht Oli was launched in 2016 by Benetti. She is the first superyacht from the Mediterraneo 116 series. Her owner wished to have a modern and elegant superyacht, with a dynamic design to be able to cruise in the waters of the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. The ideas about building a perfect yacht had been brought to life, and the owner is extremely happy with the result.

January 12, 2017

Written by Rachael Steele

65m/112ft superyacht SILVER ANGEL is an example of the premium quality and attention to detail Benetti places into naval architecture: Her combination of performance, facilities and comfort made her a finality in the World Superyacht Awards 2010 in the category ‘Best Displacement Motor Yacht of 1,300GT to 2,999GT (approximately 60m – 84m)’. A refit in 2014/15 has updated her appearance and facilities, for even better performance in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

Argent Design and Stefano Natucci have worked collaboratively to create an impeccable modern interior with classical accents to ensure that this superyacht lives up to her name: the main salon is fitted with dark oak panelling and white onyx that glistens in the light from the vast windows spanning the length of the room. An exceptional venue for both day-to-day activities and for a formal occasion, the monochrome interior is anything but dull, playing with reflections and texture to create living spaces that will be remembered long after the vacation.

The main salon is filled with areas to socialise and the wet bar is one of four to be found across the decks that will ensure that guests are never without refreshments during the evening. 7. IL SOLE by Benetti

OK, at only 44 metres, Il Sole (ex. Candyscape) isn’t the biggest of superyachts. What does mark it out however are the small details which are certainly impressive. There are neutral interiors designed by London owners Candy & Candy, 600-threadcount sheets custom-made in Italy as well as crew uniforms designed by Stella McCartney’s husband Alasdhair Willis. Wallpaper featuring Louis Vuitton monogrammed leather suitcases, a dining table that becomes a roulette table and a master State Room with black Baccarat sconces including a grand black marble bathroom gives the Candyscape everything fashionistas love.
