Built in 2018, this brand new luxury phinisi PRANA is a beautifully designed sailing yacht designed with an elegant silhouette and all the modern conveniences. She was commissioned by the boutique hotel brand Atzaro, which has its main branch in Ibiza among the Balearic Islands charter grounds.

S/Y PRANA was constructed by master craftsmen in along the pristine coast of Sulawesi, Indonesia and uses local shipbuilding methods and timbers for an ambient environment a party of up to 18 can enjoy throughout a week-long cruise. Despite only being launched this year, this 55m/180ft sloop-rigged vessel is already proving a hit with celebrities and large family and friends groups celebrating a special occasion in the incredible Southeast Asia charter grounds:

On board, sunbathing spots in the sunshine and shade are myriad, starting with the main deck where two plush sun pads are placed on the bow to receive sunshine all day long while guests admire the panoramic views of the verdant islands and brilliant seascapes. The upper deck forward overhang creates a cosy alfresco lounge and casual alfresco dining area to starboard, while to port a wood stump coffee table allows the sunbed to be used as another sitting area.

While private relaxation space is ample in the cabins, sailing yacht PRANA does not neglect the social areas and the central area on the main deck has a port lounge where all 18 guests can meet in preparation for the day ahead, and opposite the formal dining area is furnished with a grand elongated formal dining table to seat 14 guests with a bar on hand for refreshments throughout every first-class meal.
Luxury master suite
On the upper deck, the aft Master suite has the benefit of a semi-outdoor terrace along the stern, where individuals and couples can begin the day with coffee and catch up on some rest or reading on the sofa-sunbed after an afternoon amongst the incredible mangroves and coral reefs. Another VIP stateroom with a day bed enjoys the spectacular views afforded by the elevated position, and the whole group has access to the alfresco lounge on the upper deck forward. Plush seating is placed beneath the bridge window and double sun beds allow the whole group to get together for tranquil socialising in the sunshine.
The final deck is a sundeck/yoga deck, where the tenders and motorised water toys are stored in the forward space, leaving the aft clear for group exercise and as a viewing platform.
Accommodation
As well as an excellent assortment of water toys that includes six kayaks and paddleboards, S/Y PRANA comes with a Scuba diving instructor and diving master.
The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 18 guests across 9 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 2 VIP staterooms, 4 double cabins and 2 twin cabins convertible to doubles. Each cabin is fitted with air conditioning, a widescreen TV, a sofa and a wardrobe and boasts plenty of room within each private cabin.
For power, sailing yacht PRANA relies on Yanmar engines which produce 890 HP for a top speed of 11 knots and a cruising speed of 8 knots.
