The Ferretti Group have opened a prestigious new area measuring over 1000m² located inside the exclusive ‘Shopping Center Cidade Jardim’ luxury mall in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Brazil market thus confirms its excellent potential for both the development and expansion of the Ferretti Group, which signed an impressive four sales contracts for Ferretti Yachts within the first three days of opening the new showroom.

The Ferretti Group, a world leader in designing, building and marketing luxury motoryachts with a unique portfolio of the most prestigious and exclusive brands in the nautical world, has marked an important new success on the Brazilian market through Ferrettigroup Brasil, by inaugurating the new “Tools and Toys” showroom, a prestigious area measuring over 1000m² situated inside the exclusive ‘Shopping Center Cidade Jardim’ luxury mall in São Paulo.

Over 500 people attended the grand opening of the prestigious new showroom, amongst whom Clients, prospective clients, VIPs, opinion leaders and press, and it enjoyed extraordinary commercial success, selling an impressive four Ferretti Yacht models within the first three days of opening.

The inauguration came after establishment of Ferrettigroup Brasil, centre of reference for both the sale of and after-sales assistance for all Ferretti Group yachts on the Brazilian market. This followed an agreement signed in April of this year with Spirit, a company based in San Paolo, which operates within the production and sale of new and pre-owned yachts in Brazil.

Ferrettigroup Brasil can therefore count on the Ferretti Group’s consolidated skills within the sphere of designing and producing motoryachts on the one hand, and on Spirit’s specific know-regarding production, sales and after-sales services in Brazil, on the other. Moreover, with the aim of further strengthening its production capacity as a Ferretti Group licensee, Spirit will open an important new facility by the end of the year, located near São Paulo. Set out over a surface area of around 32,000m², the facility will be able to produce up to 130 yachts a year measuring a maximum 80 feet in length when working at full-capacity.

Brazil thus confirms itself as one of the most important markets in the world and one of the top areas for the Ferretti Group, which aims to further strengthen the presence of all its brands on a market with such strong potential and excellent development prospects.

During the course of the event, Alessandro Diomedi, Area Manager for South America for all Ferretti Group brands and Marcio Latorre Christiansen, Founder and CEO of Spirit illustrated the development guidelines for the next few years and summarised the initial encouraging results achieved by Ferrettigroup Brasil.
