Sailing yacht Pride of Baltimore II visits Dennis Conner’s North Cove

Despite the rolling seas from the season’s first tropical depression, the luxury sailing yacht Pride of Baltimore II finished her voyage up to New York City from the Chesapeake, sailing along the Jersey Coast through the night.

When the luxury yacht Pride of Baltimore II arrived in the Big Apple, Captain Jan Miles guided her expertly into Dennis Conner’s North Cove and slip S1.

Today morning, the Pride II superyacht will be one of the Tall Ships participating in the Parade of Sail from the Verrazano Narrows Bridge up the Hudson and past the skyline. She will be joined by many other tall ships for a mini-Op Sail Parade.

After the Tall Ships sail by, then the Navy Fleet Week Parade will begin. It will be a full day of activity on the water.
