The Norwegian facilities will install her technical and navigational equipment over the next six months before she is transported to the Lord Werft in Bremerhaven, Germany, for final outfitting before her 2021 delivery.

On board equipment will include scientific trawls, a Triton submarine that can dive 2,300m/7545.9ft, an ROV with a 6,000m/19,685ft depth capacity, advanced communication equipment, sonar systems, laboratories, an auditorium and a moon pool.
