In addition to 16 superyacht berths, the project features clubhouse, with one Captain’s Quarters / Warehouse area per slip. The site is an existing marine related industrial facility, zoned D3, and the current DERM Marine Operating Permit includes 45 boat slips. Moreover, separated by curtains, work on vessels will be allowed following DERM’s required Best Management Practices, including a little sanding, painting, etc.
