By opening the transom door the aft stern section can be lowered to become a sizeable swim platform, and guests can rest or dine outside on the seating while enjoying a drink from the bar.

Among her technical specifications is a 52m/171ft aluminium mast, a mainsail that can be furled into the boom and when winds are light, a pair of Caterpillar C18 engines will produce a top speed of 14 knots. Pending sea trials, sailing yacht EXTREME is expected to be delivered to her owner within the next two months.
