According to international yachting media the 142m/465.9ft Lürssen OPUS (a.k.a.PROJECT REDWOOD) has been renamed to mega yacht NORD with her new name yet to be made official.

M/Y NORD is currently undergoing the final stages of outfitting at the facilities in Bremen before she undergoes sea trials. She can currently be seen at the facility floating dock, where onlookers can admire her military-like colour scheme and exterior styling by Nuvolari Lenard, while the interior styling from the same designer has yet to be revealed.

A beach club, spa room and sauna are amongst the known amenities on board, along with a private Owner’s deck that has a dedicated office/study.

The accommodation is designed for up to 36 guests over 20 en-suite cabins, and access across the decks is made all the more efficient by a lift (elevator).

Luxury yacht NORD is expected for delivery before the end of 2020.
