Following on from Devonport’s partnership with Pendennis Shipyard in early 2010 the company’s identity has continued to develop. With a reputation as leaders in complex engineering solutions and technologically advanced yachts the Devonport brand has aligned itself with the digital age. Alongside the redevelopment of the website, a new e- newsletter has been launched and even the business cards are going digital!

Director of Devonport Yachts Ltd, Stephen Hills, commented ‘This more modern approach to our brand is reflective of Devonport’s move away from our association with the naval dockyard in Plymouth and to build on our reputation as developers of innovative and exclusive superyachts. We are very excited about the potential use of digital media to allow us to more effectively and immediately communicate with our clients and with the industry.’

The Devonport brand is associated with six of the world’s top 100 yachts, including superyacht SAMAR and motor yacht SARAFSA, and this impressive portfolio is outlined on the new website. In addition the ‘Vision’ of the company is outlined through an overview of Devonport’s concept yacht propositions, providing a range of designs and engineering platforms for the future. These include the Devonport Explorer 3000e and smaller vessels such as the Seven Zero, both of which have attracted much interest from the yachting industry.

Now based at Pendennis Shipyard in Falmouth, UK, this partnership has increased the Group’s ability to cover a broader range of projects, with Pendennis specialising in New Build and Refit projects up to 60m, and Devonport bringing the expertise for 60m+ build and refit requirements. The world-class facilities in Falmouth are outlined on the website, with a number of covered workspaces and docks, project offices, and trade workshops housing six in-house trades bringing a wealth of knowledge to any project in the yard.

Exploring this new online presence will provide a fascinating insight into the UK’s largest superyacht build and refit company. On the website you are also invited to sign up to the new enewsletter which will keep you up to date with the latest news and developments from Devonport Yachts. www.devonportyachts.com
