The New Zealand based company Integrated Marine Group, provides a quality and highly reliable service to Superyachts visiting the region to effectively cover both the operational and maintenance needs in one. August was a very busy month for Integrated Marine Group. Not only are they now operating from a new office, they also have a new manager for their Yacht Support and Crew Placement division.

At the beginning of August, the Integrated Marine Group moved offices to  pave the way for the exciting new developments planned for the marine sector in Auckland, New Zealand. Initial plans will include the erection of an Events Centre on the Halsey Street Wharf in time for the Rugby World Cup in September 2011. Following on from this there is further expansion planned including a large refit park for superyachts, a marina capable of accommodating 90M megayachts, recreational areas to replace the current ‘tank farm’ and a bridge joining this area with Te Whero Island to make it possible for people to ‘promenade’ during the evening. With such exciting developments happening in Auckland, dubbed the ‘city of sails’, a few of the local tenants have had to move premises, of which Integrated Marine Group were one. They are however very happy with their new office just round the corner and they encourage any passing yacht crew, superyacht Captains or contractors to visit.
