Built by Dutch shipyard Amels and recently launched, luxury yacht PAPA is part of the hugely successful AMELS 180 series, of which sister ships include motor yachts LILI, KAMALAYA and DENIKI. She has just entered the world of yacht charter and will be available for luxurious holidays around the Western Mediterranean this summer.

The naval architecture is the work of the shipyard with an exterior design from Tim Heywood and the interiors are by Laura Sessa. The accommodation sleeps up to 12 guests and there is a crew of 13 for professional service.

The AMELS 180 series features sizeable main and upper aft decks, both of which benefit from the shade of the above overhang to create a space usable throughout the day and in a variety of weather conditions. The lower deck is designed for a casual lounge where guests can begin the day with coffee and breakfast outside, then ending the day with drinks and conversation with spotlights in the ceiling for illumination after dark.

The upper deck aft is furnished with an alfresco dining table in the centre and chaise-loungers with drinks tables along the stern to catch the sunlight.

On the Portuguese deck, there is a sofa/sunbed to both sides in front of the bridge controls, where guests can take in the forward views without any interruptions.

The spacious extended sundeck covers 180m²/1937ft² and provides a shaded central area for a lounge or alfresco dining setting. A generous oval Jacuzzi and sunbed is placed forward, with room for sun loungers towards the bow. The stern hosts another large sunbed where the group can rest and take in the views over the stern.

The master suite is positioned on the main deck forward and has its own fold-down balcony. To the aft, the main salon has a balcony to either side and a volume large enough for a forward formal dining area in addition to a lounge.

The accommodation overall sleeps a maximum of 12 guests across en-suite cabins. A crew of 13 will provide guests with everything they require throughout the cruise.

The twin engines are capable of a top speed of 15.5 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots with a range of 4,500 nautical miles.
