Greeters and Information Centers

Show attendees will not need to look far to find strategically placed and uniformed boat show greeters who will answer questions about navigating through the largest boat show in the world. Twenty-two specially trained, easily recognized, official boat show greeters will be stationed throughout the show each day during show hours. Additional information centers will be placed throughout all show locations to ensure visitors can easily find their way around.

Captain’s Den and Trawler Port

Show-goers can also expect to see an even larger, more impressive display of some of the largest yachts in the show with a new megayacht layout located at the north end of Bahia Mar, the show’s central location. Additional enhancements to the show include a new Captain’s Den located at the Hall of Fame Marina, which will offer captains of boats in the show a place to meet and relax, and Trawler Port, a show-within-a-show of long-range cruisers that will offer an impressive display of these specialty vessels along with educational seminars to supporting the long-range cruising lifestyle.

Convenient Amenities Throughout

These show enhancements, combined with other show developments including the new SYBAss Pavilion; improved signage; the new MyBoatShow app designed to help navigate the show’s docks, land areas and tents; more convenient parking options; and a layout redesign to the Broward County Convention Center show location, add to the evolution of the largest in-water marine industry event in the world.

The show spans six sites this year and will feature more than $3 billion worth of boats, yachts, super yachts, electronics, engines and thousands of boating accessories from every major marine manufacturer and boat builder across the globe, as well as exotic cars, clothing and jewelry. Other activities at the boat show include marine seminars, fishing clinics, live musical entertainment and an International Food Garden. Back again is the Drop N’ Go dock where boats up to 40 feet may drop off or pick up guests at the Atlass Dock located at the Hall of Fame Marina on the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show® takes place this year at six locations: the Bahia Mar Yachting Center, the Hall of Fame Marina, the Las Olas Municipal Marina, the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, the Broward County Convention Center and the Sails Marina.
