116m Kleven Long Expedition Superyacht Support Vessel Hits Water

Kleven shipyard, based in Norway, has announced an exciting launch: that of the impressive 116-metre Long Expedition Superyacht Support vessel. This yacht represents the second vessel from Kleven to Mr Greame Hart, who, together with his family, has attended the prestigious launch ceremony at the shipyard in Ulsteinvik. Mr Hart’s first Kleven luxury superyacht, the 107-metre ULYSSES, was delivered in 2015 and is now undertaking her first cruise in the Mediterranean.

The new 116m mega yacht support vessel is of a type MT 5006 MKII ESV, designed by Norwegian ship design company, Marin Teknikk, in partnership with Kyle Dick naval architect of Oscar Mike Naval Architects based in New Zealand. The newly-launched vessel was designed for long-expeditions in rough waters, and brings together robust, hard-working character with luxurious amenities and extras. Accommodation is provided to 66 people and is scheduled for delivery in July this year.
