106m Sailing Yacht Black Pearl on Follow-Up Sea Trials

The 106-metre mega sailing yacht Black Pearl (also known as Project Solar or Oceanco Y712) was spotted during her follow-up sea trials in the Netherlands. Black Pearl was launched in 2016 by one of the leading shipbuilders in the world, Oceanco. She was designed by Nuvolari Lenard, based on hull lines by Dykstra Naval Architects.

This incredible luxury vessel boasts three rotating masts, a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure, with a total internal volume of 2,700 GT. Featuring lots of luxury living space, Black Pearl offers her guests a large number of great amenities. She is believed to have two spa pools and an enormous beach club. Black Peral also has ample storage for her water toys and tenders.

She was designed to accommodate 12 guests in 6 lavish cabins.Her auxiliary power comes from a pair of CAT engines, which provide a top speed of 17.5 knots.
