JP 54 Perfomance Racing Yacht | From EUR€ 15,000 /wk

Described as the “Ferrari of the sea”, the JP54 sailing yacht was conceived and designed to be ultra-performant. This sailing yacht is an exceptional vessel capable of reaching more than 40km/hr (22 knots). The JP 54 yacht was conceived by the world-renowned skipper, Jean-Pierre Dick, dubbed “The Gentleman Skipper” is three-time winner of the Transat Jacque Vabre and two-time winner of the Barcelona World Race. He designed the sailing yacht JP 54 to reflect the proficiencies of a racing sailing yacht and the comfort of a luxury yacht.

The JP 54 is fast, simply put.

Built of carbon/foam sandwich, the JP54 is a top-of-range high-tech charter yacht. The yacht revolutionises fast cruising. The top of the line on-board electronics and computers allow you sail in complete safety, with the same tools as used for racing. The award-winning interior design modernizes the appearance of boat layouts with an elegant style, mixing round forms and taut lines. JP54’s galley is custom-built, with each aspect carefully designed into the interior. The combination of the innovative design of the boat and the harmonious and luminous interior creates an experience that not only provides you with the best sailing experiences possible but also the best comfort possible.

The aim of the performance yacht JP 54 was to create a light, attractive and functional yacht. Every detail was carefully scrutinized to reflect the needs of a professional racing sailor. Lightness is essential to the success of the concept and every effort was made to maintain this important aspect of the yacht. The S/Y JP 54 was conceived to echo the experience of a monohull racer (IMOCA 60’) in order to capture the power and speed of such races.

Perhaps the most unique feature of the JP 54 racing yacht is the fully rotatable internal carrousel. An original concept innovated by Jean-Pierre Dick. During his experiences in single-handed races Jean-Pierre spent a lot of time “stacking”. Stacking is a term that means physically moving all the gear in the boat and putting it windward. The 3 ton bulb transfers the weight of the galley, chart table, batteries and hydraulics with the touch of one finger using a hydraulic ram. The transfer of weight provides additional speed to the vessel and yet again, every single detail is accounted for aboard.

The charters aboard the JP 54 include a professional skipper with a unique, fast, racing yacht experience.
Sailing yacht JP 54 is available for charters in several arenas including corporate team-building charters, racing charters as well as private charters.

The yacht is available for Les Voiles de St. Tropez and has a confirmed berth in the harbour.
