XASTERIA is a beautiful 52.00m (170' 7") performance sailing yacht built by Perini Navi in 1995 and refitted in 2019. Offering comfort, safety and great performance, she is able to accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 cabins, while also having a crew of 9 on board.

EXTERIOR

Above deck, a grand circular alfresco dining table is placed along the aft, forward of which is a lounge setting consisting of sofas and armchairs around a large central coffee table for drinks before or after a meal. The whole area is covered with a bimini shade for use at any time of the day.

The foredeck is used for storing the large tenders and water toys, and when the area is clear is can be used for sunbathing or observation. A staircase amidships leads up to the sundeck, which has plush sunbeds lining the stern, a C-shaped sofa to port, a casual alfresco dining area to starboard and two forward sofas for guests to watch the sunset in comfort.

INTERIOR

The lower deck hosts the guest accommodation amidships, with the forward section dedicated to the crew quarters, mess, galley and laundry facilities. The section behind the guest accommodation contains the engine room, with space in the stern for storage.

Above deck, there is a forward lounge providing a corner sofa to port with the helm controls to starboard, behind with is a massive circular formal dining table to seat all 12 guests who have sweeping views of the surroundings through the large windows along the sides. The second lounge to starboard places a drinks table for six in the forward starboard corner, with the port side corner sofas and coffee table creating a cosy gathering space. In the centre of the room is the TV, with two armchairs placed on either side, a coffee table in the middle and a sofa along the stern.

Twin Deutz MWM TBD 604 BL6 engines, each producing 720 KW at 1860 RPM, create a top speed of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 15 knots and a range of 4,500 nautical miles at 13 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 12 guests over 5 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. The Master suite is placed in the aft and makes use of the full beam to provide a private lounge to port in addition to the starboard bedroom with king-sized bed and widescreen TV opposite. The lounge contains a desk, an armchair and two sofas lining the walls, and the aft his-and-hers bathrooms have large wardrobes, a toilet, bidet and sink plus a port-side bathtub and a starboard shower and a sauna. Behind the Master suite to port are both twin cabins, while both double cabins are to starboard. The double cabins both have a double bed with a widescreen TV opposite and plenty of wardrobe space, and the en-suite bathroom contains a toilet, bidet and sink, with the aft en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and the forward double en-suite a bathtub. Opposite, the twin cabins have widescreen TVs opposite the beds, plenty of wardrobe space and en-suite bathrooms providing a toilet, sink and shower. The crew of 9 will ensure that everyone on board is well taken care of throughout the cruise.
