The motor yacht CLARENA is a 46 metre 150 (foot) generous steel ship which was created at CRN Yachts (Ferretti Group) and designed by Crn and Nuvolari - Lenard. Accommodating 12 passengers and 9 crew members, motor yacht CLARENA was once called #116 Kooilust Mare which was her build project name and/or yacht title. Launched by 2003 her reasonably recent interior design and decor reveals the integrity of the design work of Nuvolari - Lenard.

The sensual shape of her hull, exceptionally modern and streamlined external forms, as made even more distinctive with her sharp imposing bow, all set M/Y Clarena II apart from other superyachts in her size range.

The Build & Naval Architecture for Luxury Yacht CLARENA

Crn was the naval architect firm involved in the professional nautical composition for CLARENA. Her interior design was conceived by Nuvolari - Lenard. Crn and Nuvolari - Lenard is also associated with the yacht general design work for this boat. Built by Crn Yachts (Ferretti Group) the vessel was built in Italy. She was successfully launched in Ancona in 2003 before being delivered to the owner. A fairly large feeling is manifested with a maximum beam (width) of 8.4 metres or 27.7 feet. With a 2.4m (7.1ft) draught (maximum depth) she is shallow. The material steel was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is created out of aluminium.

Powered by two CATERPILLAR diesel engines, CLARENA can reach a maximum speed of 16 knots. Connected to her Caterpillar engine(s) are twin screw propellers. She also has an economical range of 4200 miles whilst underway at her cruising speed of 15 knots. Her total HP is 3900 HP and her total Kilowatts are 2870. Regarding bow thrusters she was fitted with Abt. As for the yacht’s stabalisers she utilises Vosper.
